I make suggestions, you make decisions.

Life can be incredibly challenging, and the loneliness that sometimes accompanies these struggles can feel overwhelming. While I may not have walked the exact path you’re on, I deeply understand the desire to feel “normal” and the impact that these feelings can have on your well-being.

My journey into therapy began with a profound love for people and a desire to see others thrive despite their challenges. Witnessing individuals find light at the end of a long, dark tunnel and redefining their trauma has been one of my greatest joys. After much reflection and prayer, I found my calling in counseling, which led me to earn my undergraduate degree in Christian Counseling from Liberty University in 2019 and my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the same institution in 2022.

As a wife, bonus mother to a wonderful 12-year-old son, and mother to a spirited 3-year-old daughter, I bring a wealth of personal experience to my practice. My background as a pastor’s daughter and wife has shaped my compassionate approach to therapy. I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life, including those with Christian backgrounds, but I am committed to supporting everyone, regardless of their beliefs.

My approach is outgoing, empathetic, and often a bit playful, but I promise you’ll leave our sessions feeling uplifted and better than when you arrived. If you're ready to start a journey of healing and growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Choose hope.
